Happy New Year!

The clock on 2017 is ticking, and here at Culture Excellence we are gearing up to meet the New Year and all the exciting challenges ahead.

We always say that it is important for companies to reward their employees – not just in a monetary sense, but also in a way that appreciates a job well done and positively reinforces good behaviour. That goes a long way to boost morale and create an atmosphere where everyone strives to do their best. In that spirit, it is also important to reflect on the year that has passed and acknowledge our own achievements. 2017 flew by in an instant, but our highlights of the year have been:

  • Our yearly event with Campden BRI this December on Culture and its importance
  • Launching version 2 of the assessment, which gives companies an even deeper overview of their culture
  • Making the assessment available in 23 languages, so that nothing is lost in translation
  • Introducing a Health and Safety module

And of course, working with our incredibly committed and motivated clients across the world, who don’t just believe in the importance of culture, but know it to be true. We passionately believe that good culture is what makes or breaks an organization, and it is invigorating to work with like minded people. So thank you all for taking part in this journey of culture excellence with us.

Happy New Year to you all! May it bring you joy and success in all areas of life. We are excited to work with you in 2018.
