+ How do I get access to my results?

Once you have finished the survey, an email will be sent to all site champions explaining how to access the results platform.

+ When will I get access to my results?

It takes us one week to process your data and give you access to the platform.

If you didn’t receive an email explaining how to access the platform, the first thing to do is to check your junk email folder. If not there, then it is possible that you were not noted as a site champion. Please contact the main contact of the company to discuss your access rights.

+ Can I create a new user account?

The standard number of user accounts that are set up include one per site and one “super user” account. Additional accounts can be purchased, but we recommend that the sites share the login details with anyone relevant at their site.

+ How do I find the meaning of the survey questions and their scores?

We list all of the survey questions as ‘Elements’ in the platform. They are not written as questions, but they are turned into statements that have the same meaning. For example, ‘How often do you receive training?’ in the survey becomes ‘Frequency of Training’ in the elements. They are colour coded based on with Culture Category they come from (People, Process, Proactivity and Purpose).

To understand how people answered, the number is a guide (i.e. a score of 80 is higher than 60 when it comes to frequency). To find out the specific meaning, you can find this in the ‘Appendix: Scoring Overview’ section of the Dynamic Executive Summary. Here we explain the answers for each question, so for example you will find that a score of 60 for training relates to training that happens once per year.

+ Where do I find my PDF report?

You will find your PDF report in the platform. You need to go to the view called “Dynamic Executive Summary” and then click on the print icon (top right-hand side). After a few seconds, a new tab will open and a pop-up window will appear that will allow you to print or save your report as a PDF on your device. To decide whether to print or save, use the drop down “Destination”.

+ What support is included once we finish the assessment?

Once you finish the survey you will have access to:

  • A dedicated online platform showing an in-depth analysis of your culture, with many data views (500+ data points), filtering of the data and industry benchmarking,

  • A PDF report of the data for each site and all combinations of sites, with recommendations for areas to improve.

  • Two post-assessment webinar to discuss the data and provide an introduction to action planning.
